13 Comments on Mitnick’s “Ghost in the Wires” Will Hack Your Mind With Real Life Adventures in Hacking

  1. Thanks for the review. I've been fascinated by Mitnick for years and was already interested in picking this book up.

On a side note, I've always wanted one of his business cards–they're fully functioning lock picks!

  2. I am fascinated by social engineering and wondering how susceptible I, a trusting person, am to it. And whether I care. So I will read this book. I hope it's on Audible, as that will put it up the queue faster:-)

“The Art of Deception” is still one of my favourite books. By reading the review my curiosity has increased to grab this book as soon as possible and read till the end.

Kevin Mitnick was/is and will always be remembered as a Genius.

l realy love the reality of the story about Mitnick.just as a young computerist.the fact that he was the most wanted by FBI but then the most needed at the same time .it's amazing.

  5. This book helped me realize that none of us are truly secure, and what might be secure in our computer systems may not be secure in our minds and psychology. I also found myself sympathizing with Mitnick in many cases, realizing as a man trying to outsmart the system just to see if it could be done, Como hackear facebook
